Submit a Support Ticket: If you have specific questions about the Incident Detection API or the Work Zone Activity API, please submit a support ticket. When filling out the ticket form:
Select "Software" when asked, "Is this ticket related to Rekor software or hardware?"
Choose "Rekor Command®" when prompted, "Please select the software related to this ticket."
What to Expect: Once we receive your ticket, our team will review your inquiry and respond as quickly as possible with a detailed and helpful answer. We strive to provide timely support and ensure you have the information you need to move forward confidently.
