# Incident Card

The Incident Card displays more detail about each incident and allows the operator to enter more information. Each card also contains an insight panel containing a priority level and the persistence score.

When the incident is confirmed, each card requires the severity and affected lanes to be edited. Click Edit at the bottom of the card to edit the card.

When an incident has been confirmed and edited, it will move from the Needs Action tab to the In Progress tab. Once the incident has cleared the roadway, it can be marked as Complete.
