In order to sign in to Rekor Discover, a tenant account must first be set up for the customer site. Please contact Rekor to accomplish this. Each customer will have an administrative user that will add the operational users to the tenant account. Once each user is created, the user will receive an invitation to login and create a password. Once this is complete, the user may log in.

Using an Internet browser, type the following URL into the browser:

https://discover.rekor.onediscover.rekor.one

Enter the user email address used when setting up the account.

Enter the password created when the user logged into the site for the first time.

If the password has been forgotten, the user can click the Forgot Password? link. Once the link is selected, the Recover Password screen will be displayed.

You may then click the "Email me a recovery link" button.

A recovery link will be emailed to the address that was used to create the account.
