# Dashboard

The Rekor Scout® Dashboard is a web-based graphical user interface (GUI) that provides access to license plates and other vehicle-related data. The dashboard has search capability and displays captured images/videos of vehicles, license plate information, and any additional [vehicle characteristics](/scout/getting-started/vehicle-characteristics-supported.md) (state of registration, color, make, body type, etc.). The dashboard also gives users a quick summary of what is happening with camera sites and displays recent plate reads and alerts.
